We build software that we want to use. Not software that a market study says should exist, not software that a committee designed — software that solves problems we actually have.
That is why we build book management tools, Medicare plan comparisons, health trackers, newsletter curators, cancer care coordination, dinosaur content sites, and company operations platforms. Because we need them.
Every product we ship, we use. Every feature we add, we test on ourselves first. That is what 'by end users, for end users' means.
